1/4 pint natural yogurt
1/4 pint fromage frais
1/2 pint strawberry puree
4 oz icing sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Combine all ingredients and place in a tray in the freezer. Allow to chill, stirring periodically until about to set. Spoon into moulds and allow to freeze. Serve with strawberries and a little puree.
